Commissioned artwork
- Always contact me first for any commissioned work (here, or via social media) as there may be an additional waiting time to process your order.
- Due to the nature of my products please allow 14 days for the art process and up to 7 days for delivery (usually takes 3-5 days).
- You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible.
- I am happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please provide photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. I do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.
- If you have a problem with anything in regard to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together
- After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond my control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link.
- FOR DETAILS OF SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE OF UK MAINLAND PLEASE MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY AS THESE AREAS WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
- Due to the handmade nature of my items, each planter is unique and slightly different. I also don't make open eyes, hands and babies.
- I might record the art process and post it on my social media.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable making for any reason.
